I'm Michiel Arits, an enthousiast full-time Hardware Software engineer working at DroneMatrix. When returning form work, engineering doesn't stop. I like to develop custom smart solutions to make life easier. Besides that, flying drones is a hobby which I combine with engineering skills to serve you.
Electronics is a passion! It started with tearing down devices to see how they work and lead into a Master degree in Electronics & ICT engineering. Quadcopter
I have been a professional drone pilot since 2020 after finishing the courses and exams RPAS Class 1 regarding the Belgian legislation. In 2021, the drone rules and regulations changed and I had to update to the European drone pilot licence to continue legal drone flights. This allowed me to fly in the open category A1/A3 & A2 and in the specific category STS-01. This skill is frequently applied in missions for DroneMatrix and own professional missions.
Drone videos and pictures give a special perspective of the situation in one single shot.
Recording footages for publication
Aerial pictures of properties show a total overview. Combining this with with 360° pictures, it gives the potentional client a total experience of the locality.
Shooting aerial pictures and videos on private and public events.
Besides still pictures from one single position, drones can also take spherical 360° pictures indoor and outdoor. I use a special service to host 360° pictures. This 360° picture can be implemented on each website. Clients can directly use the power of the 360° functionality to explore the environement virtualy. These interactive 360° pictures are also supported on your Facebook page.
